landscape study {TTCAADAHH}

is an immersive audio-visual installation that explores the processes of experiencing and creating landscapes. Situating landscape as a visual panorama, the work exploits the immersive floor-to-ceiling projection screens of the G05 SIML room to cultivate a lighthearted, imaginative space. Here, imagery of landscapes—sampled from personal archives, social media, AI generation and institutional collections—are juxtaposed, manipulated, and woven together into a fluid, ever-evolving sensual experience. By traversing a spectrum of landscapes and the ways they are perceived and framed, the work encourages the audience to wander freely, both physically and in spirit. This freedom allows them to discover their own agency in forming and imagining landscapes of the mind.
