Limehouse Déjà Vu
A site-specific mixed reality work that returns forms from Limehouse’s cosmopolitan past to the streets of a regenerating East London.
Limehouse Déjà Vu experiments with generative AI, 3D rendering and spatial audio to build speculative forms from the vanished architecture of Limehouse and place them back on the streets where the buildings and their stories once stood. Rendered as drifting structures, they hover between architecture and memory — anchored by GPS and encountered against a skyline now defined by an expanding Canary Wharf.

This is an ongoing project funded by the Immersive Arts UK Experiment Grant. Read more on the project page.
